1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and klbet2 (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), which operates the online gambling and sports betting services accessible at https://klbet2.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the klbet2 platform — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or using account management features — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on this platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the klbet2 platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on klbet2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. klbet2 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling best practices. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation on klbet2 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a klbet2 employee or affiliated company, unless prior written consent has been granted.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from klbet2 or any affiliated platform, or a person who has requested account closure on responsible gambling grounds, unless a formal reinstatement has been approved.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. The provision of false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Registration & Accounts

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may hold only one registered Account on klbet2 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances and pending winnings.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must notify klbet2 immediately via our 24/7 support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. klbet2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy. All personal details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method information — must be accurate and kept up to date. klbet2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information you provide. Failure to comply with such requests may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not permit any third party to operate or place Bets through your Account.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. klbet2 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to RM10 per month to inactive Accounts after a prior written notice period. Any remaining Balance after applicable fees will remain accessible upon Account reactivation.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. klbet2 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT). The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment is made in another currency, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the Member.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. klbet2 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

5.4 Deposit Confirmation. Deposits made via e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the originating institution. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference.

5.5 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. klbet2 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion and approval of the KYC verification process. Members who have not yet completed KYC will be required to submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) before any withdrawal is processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your Account. klbet2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with prior deposits.

6.3 Processing Timeframes. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other Malaysian banks are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes depending on blockchain network congestion.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier and verified status. VIP Members enjoy higher daily limits. Please contact support for your applicable limits.

6.5 Wagering Requirements. Where a withdrawal request is made and there are active Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements, the withdrawal may be restricted until such requirements are met, or the Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited at the Member's election to proceed with withdrawal.

6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. klbet2 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any withdrawal where: (a) the KYC process is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) regulatory obligations require it.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and special offers provided by klbet2 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering Requirements applicable to klbet2 welcome bonuses typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion. The following general rules apply:

• Slots and arcade games typically contribute 100% towards Wagering Requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10% to 20%.
• Sports betting bets may contribute at varying rates depending on the market and odds.
• Certain game categories may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering — refer to individual promotion terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM250 unless an individual promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period. If the applicable Wagering Requirement is not satisfied within the expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the promotion), the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them will be automatically forfeited.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. klbet2 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated Account — where it determines that a Member has exploited promotions in a manner inconsistent with fair and genuine play. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple Accounts, using hedging strategies to minimise wagering risk, or coordinating with other Members to abuse promotional structures.

7.6 Maximum Bonus Cash-Out. Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum cash-out will not be eligible for withdrawal.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Bets are subject to acceptance by klbet2. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the Bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) the odds were published in error; (c) the event has already commenced or concluded; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and Member tier, and are subject to change without notice.

8.3 Palpable Error. Where klbet2 publishes incorrect odds, totals, or market information as a result of a human or technical error (a "palpable error"), the Platform reserves the right to void all Bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the relevant event has settled. Members will be notified and any deducted stakes refunded.

8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. klbet2 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and without prior notice. Bets placed after an event has materially progressed beyond the point at which the offered odds apply may be voided.

8.5 Game Outcomes. For casino games (slots, live dealer tables, RNG games), outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. klbet2 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the Bet may be voided and the stake refunded.

8.6 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Bet or game, klbet2's recorded results shall be the definitive reference. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. klbet2 shall investigate and issue a final determination within 14 business days of the dispute being formally lodged with our support team.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on klbet2 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Platform promotions, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine gambling intent.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour.
• Making chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after Bets have been settled.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

klbet2 reserves the right to investigate any activity it reasonably suspects falls within the above categories. Where a breach is confirmed, the Platform may suspend or permanently close the Account, void all Bets and bonuses, and withhold or recover any Balances associated with the prohibited conduct.

10 Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by klbet2. klbet2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the Account is subject to a regulatory enquiry; (c) there is a risk of financial crime or fraud; or (d) the Member has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.

10.2 Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests made on responsible gambling grounds will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy and may include self-exclusion periods. Closure requests will not be processed if there are outstanding withdrawal disputes or active wagering requirements pending resolution.

10.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, klbet2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 klbet2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) interruption to or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events; (b) errors in odds, lines, or game data subsequently corrected under Section 8.3; (c) delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or (d) your failure to comply with these Terms.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.4 Our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the klbet2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of klbet2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform without express written consent; or use any automated means to access, index, or scrape the Platform's content.

The klbet2 name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of klbet2. Unauthorised use of any klbet2 trademark is strictly prohibited.

13 Responsible Gambling

klbet2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across the Platform. We offer the following tools to assist Members in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set reminders or enforced session time caps to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary Account restriction for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may permanently self-exclude from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen alerts reminding Members of time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.

14 Privacy & Data

In summary, klbet2 collects personal data necessary for Account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which klbet2 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

By accessing the Platform, you agree that any dispute between you and klbet2 shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process. In the event that a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or arbitration body as directed by klbet2's licensing terms.

16 Amendments

klbet2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered Members via email where changes are significant.

Your continued use of the klbet2 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
